Adam Laidler joined Williams in 2009 and since then has been itching to launch The People Experts™. He became Managing Director in 2012 and is now leading the recruitment revolution!

Adam is a geek when it comes to recruitment strategies and loves nothing more than helping companies find better people whilst at the same time reducing their overall recruitment costs. He reads all the theories and all the books but you’d never know – he has a great way of turning the theory into practical advice.

Tom Leavesley founded the company back in 2007 and is well known for straight talking and if there is a point to get to, Tom will get to it quicker than anyone else. Tom set up Williams with many years experience dealing with business owners and their people.

Whilst Tom still gets involved in some of the Williams projects, he now focusses the majority of his time running our Sister company, easyvacancy.co.uk.
