How we started
Today the team at Williams - The People Experts™ work with a diverse client base of varying sizes and across industries, all of whom recognise the importance of a robust recruitment strategy.
Back in 2007 Williams was incorporated by Tom Leavesley and began trading as a niche recruitment consultancy focusing on IT, Marketing, Finance and Engineering.
The Williams reputation grew and quickly became the trusted partner for many companies seeking advice on all aspects of people management.
Tom seized the opportunity to diversify and in November 2009 Adam Laidler joined as a Director. In July 2011, Williams was rebranded to Williams - The People Experts™ to coincide with the launch of new services, designed to help companies recruit differently and use all the tools that are available to them.
