How we started
Williams was incorporated by Tom Leavesley in August 2007 and began trading as a niche recruitment consultancy focusing on IT, Marketing, Finance and Engineering.
The Williams reputation grew and quickly became the trusted partner for many companies seeking advice on all aspects of people management.
Tom seized the opportunity to diversify and in November 2009 Adam Laidler joined as a Director and began developing services in performance management, training and development and HR and Employment Law support.
In July 2011, Williams was rebranded to Williams - The People Experts™ to coincide with the launch of the ENGAGE, EMPOWER and gro® services.
Today the team at Williams - The People Experts™ works with a diverse client base of varying sizes and across industries, all of whom recognise the importance of a robust people plan.
